You
will need a metric cloth measurement tape. You can purchase one in
the sewing section of most department stores or a fabric store.

Two
measurements are taken. The first measurement is taken just under the pectoral muscles and under the
tissue,
as shown in the
drawing below. See line "A". Put the tape around your torso
just under the pectoral muscle. The tape should be level with the floor
Take a deep breath. Let it out gently. And take the
measurement in centimeters. This will be the smaller of the two measurements. |

The
second measurement is taken at the fullest part of the
tissue,
as shown in the
drawing to the left. See line "C". As before put the tape around your torso and take a deep breath.

measurement in centimeters. This will be the larger of the two measurements. |

Take
these two measurements and locate the point on the following graph
that corresponds to the two measurements. For example, if the larger
number is 101. Find the vertical line for 100 at the bottom of the
chart. Then more up the line until
the smaller number is reached. Now point and click on this point and a
larger version of the graph will be displayed.
