The Elastic
Tube Binders are made from a very stretchy elastic. The following will
aid you in selecting the right size of Elastic Binder. To use this
table, measurer your circumference at the fullest part of your
chest. If you desire gentle binding, find your circumference in
the first column. If you want firm binding, find your circumference in
the second column. The third column is the unstretched Binder size
that you can purchase.

make the measurement you
will need a cloth measurement tape. You can purchase one in
the sewing section of most department stores or a fabric store.

The measurement is taken at the fullest part
of the
tissue,
as shown in the
drawing to the left. See line "C". Put the tape around your torso and take a deep breath.
Let it out gently and take the
measurement. |
