If you do not receive an response from us within 48 hours during the week or by Monday afternoon when you write during a weekend, excluding holidays, please contact us by phone at 248-545-7436.

Some Internet Service Providers are making it very difficult to send commercial e-mail. The approval process can be very long and arduous. If your e-mail is not returned in a timely fashion or if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, it may be that our e-mail to you is being blocked by your Internet Service Provider. We do not open or download unsolicited files sent to us. If you send us an E-mail with only a picture, your E-mail will not be answered and the picture will not be viewed. Only text E-mails are opened, read and a response provided.

We do not unzip compressed files. We do not view graphic files (JPEG, etc.). We do not open word processor documents (DOC, etc.). And we do not execute EXE files e-mailed to us.

We also do not send a response to an e-mail address other than the e-mail address sending us a question.
