We do not open or download unsolicited files sent to us. If you send us an E-mail with only a picture, your E-mail will not be answered and the picture will not be viewed. Only text E-mails are opened, read and a response provided.
We do not unzip compressed files. We do not view graphic files (JPEG, etc.). We do not open word processor documents (DOC, etc.). And we do not execute EXE files e-mailed to us.
We also do not send a response to an e-mail address other than the e-mail address sending us a question.
