This garment is two garments in one. It is a Gaff that can be used under the skimpiest of outfits. It is also a Waist Cincher.

The Thong Gaff is practically useful under a bathing suit.  The Thong Gaff comes in Black and White with sizes from 26 to 34 inches. It is better to use a smaller rather than larger Thong Gaff. 

For those with lots to deal with, you may also wish to use tape. See the External Catheters further down this page for further information. The sizing of this Gaff is shown below:

This is for those times when no ordinary Gaff will do. When a completely flat front is a must the best solution is to use tape and an External Catheter. The catheter is made of silicone rubber and is completely latex free. It is worn like a condom and has an adhesive to hold it in place. 

The External Catheter is used to allow the user to continue with normal bodily functions while being taped. The device is shipped with a shipping form as shown on the left. It is removed from the shipping form as shown on the right and unrolled into place. Be sure to insert all the sensitive tissue into the device beyond the adhesive. It is also advisable to remove any hair that may come in contact with the adhesive.

With the External Catheter in place, tuck as usual and use the skin of the scrotum to cover the catheter. Tape the scrotum in place. Transpore^TM tape by 3M Health Care is a good choice for the tape. Leave the end of the catheter exposed facing rearward. If there is any pain, discontinue use.
