To
Place an Order

| There are
five ways to place an order.
1. Order on the Web
Site
2. Order by Phone
3. Order by E-mail
4. Order by Surface Mail
5. Order by Fax
The Federal
Trade Commission's Children Online Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA)
require Web Sites to obtain parental consent before collecting, using or
disclosing personal information from children under 13 years of age. If
you are below 13 years old, you cannot place an order with us.
Please use
a credit
card to pay for your order. We have had Money Orders returned as
"Not Accepted". Our Bank charged us $25.00 for the bounced check and
we lost the merchandise. We do except US Postal Service Money
Orders for payment of orders with a shipping address within the 50 states. However it takes longer to process shipments paid
by Money Order and there is a flat shipping charge of $15.00. If you
do not have a credit card that you wish to use, one can be purchased in
many locations. Please see the Safe
Credit Card page. By the way, please do not send us your credit card
number in an e-mail. It is not secure.

| To
order on the Web Site:
|
| Find an item
you wish to purchase. Next to the item there will be an Order Button and
near the Order Button there will be a Count Box .
Select the
Count Box with your mouse and enter a number indicating how many of this
item you wish to purchase. For example, if you wish to purchase two,
enter the number "2".

Once
you have entered the item count, you need to make any color or size
selections that may be available for that item.
Select
the Selection Button by pointing to the dark upside-down triangle on the
right side of the Selection Box. A menu will appear with the available
selections. Select your choice and the menu will close. The Selection
Box will now show the selection that you made.
Our

If
you wish to change your selection, open the Selection Box again and make
your selection.

| Now select
the Order Button and the software will record your selection. The
display will move to the top of the page with a status notice.
You repeat
this process for each item you wish to purchase.

| When you
have finished shopping, select the Checkout Button.

| Follow the
instructions in the Checkout pages to enter your credit card
number and other important information.

order by Phone:

| To place an
order by phone call Mary at 248-545-7436.
Please be
kind and call Monday through Saturday between the hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00
PM Eastern Standard Time. It is best if you have
your order written down with all selection already made. Many find it
helpful to use the Web Site software to make a list of the items they
wish to purchase by phone. Just use the Web Site and select Phone Order
rather than Credit Card order. Leave the credit card number blank and
print out the invoice. Now add the credit card number and expiration
date to the printed invoice.
This makes it very easy to place an order by phone.
We simply add the shipping
cost to your credit card total and inform you of the cost with the
shipping invoice.
You can use
a US Postal Service Money Order to pay for your Phone Order purchase
with a shipping address within the 50 states. There is a handling fee of
$10.00 for this service. Please go to the Money
Order page to select this item. It also takes
longer to receive your order when payment is made with a money order.
Please be patient when placing an order with a Money Order.
Please
note we do not accept Personal Checks or any money orders other than a
US Postal Service Money Order. There
are no exceptions.

purchase by Fax. Just use the Web Site and select Fax Order rather
than Credit Card order. Leave the credit card number blank and print out
the invoice. This makes it very easy to place the order by phone.
We
will respond by your choice of Fax, phone, E-mail or Surface Mail with
the shipping cost. You then Surface Mail us the money order or you can include
your credit card number in the Fax. If you are using a credit card,
please let us know if you wish to know the cost of shipping before we
ship the order.
