This is for those times when no ordinary Gaff will do. When a completely flat front is a must the best solution is to use tape and an External Catheter. The catheter is made of silicone rubber and is completely latex free. It is worn like a condom and has an adhesive to hold it in place.

The External Catheter is used to allow the user to continue with normal bodily functions while being taped. The device is shipped with a shipping form as shown on the left. It is removed from the shipping form as shown on the right and unrolled into place. Be sure to insert all the sensitive tissue into the device beyond the adhesive. It is also advisable to remove any hair that may come in contact with the adhesive.

With the External Catheter in place, tuck as usual and use the skin of the scrotum to cover the catheter. Tape the scrotum in place. Transpore TM tape by 3M Health Care is a good choice for the tape. Leave the end of the catheter exposed facing rearward. If there is any pain, discontinue use.

This item is sized by the diameter of the shaft and contains one of each of the following sizes:

A Small (97925) is 25 mm (1 inch) in circumference.
A Medium (97929) is 29 mm (1 5/32 inches) in circumference.
An Intermediate (97932) 32 mm (1 1/8 inches) in circumference.
A Large (97936) 36 mm (1 13/32) in circumference.
An Extra Large (97941) 41 mm (1 5/8) in circumference.
